The conditions of sale below are applicable for an indefinite period. However, the Royal Garden Palace reserves the right to modify them without notice. Only the conditions in force during the customer’s actual stay are contractual and form an integral part of the sales contract. Any customer wishing to stay at the Royal Garden Palace will be subject to the said conditions and required to respect them without reservation.

The reservation is made through a form containing personal information to process your request. The reservation guaranteed by your credit card number is considered firm and final, unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation conditions from the date your reservation number is assigned on the confirmation document:
• communicated online when booking
• confirmed by Email to the address you indicated in the booking form.
The reservation is guaranteed by your bank card number and, except for special payment conditions, no debit from your bank card will be made at the end of this operation.
Nevertheless, the Establishment reserves the right to subsequently refuse your reservation in the event that the official accredited bodies do not validate your Credit Card number.
The reservation is guaranteed at the rates and conditions indicated for this period.
These rates and conditions may not be renewed for subsequent reservations.

Any cancellation of a short-term reservation (1 to 5 nights) must be made at least 24 hours before its expiry, that is to say the day before the day of arrival before noon, to avoid any penalty. After this time or in case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay will be invoiced and debited from your credit card.
Any cancellation of a long-term reservation (from 6 nights) must take place at least 7 days before its expiry before noon. After this period or in case of no-show, the deposit collected will not be refundable and will be invoiced as a penalty.
In case of early departure, the night following departure will be charged.

Arrival / Departure:
The rooms are made available to the customer from 2 p.m. (on the day of arrival).
The rooms must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.
Any occupation beyond these time slots may result in an additional night being charged. Guests occupying the rooms must adopt, in the Royal Garden Palace, in all circumstances, a behavior compatible with the rules of politeness, respect, decency and generally allowing the preservation of the tranquility of all. The rooms can be checked before check out. In the event of damage found, penalties to be paid in cash to cover the costs of cleaning or replacement will be invoiced to the customer upon check out.

Billing / Rates / Payment:
Rates vary depending on time and day of booking.
Payment for the stay may be requested at check-in.
The Royal Garden Palace accepts payment in cash, by bank card (Visa/ Mastercard).
The Royal Garden Palace does not accept payment by check.
All our prices include VAT, are net of any commission.
They are calculated according to the VAT rates in force on the date of establishment of the offer, and are therefore likely to be adjusted without notice in the event of any modification relating to VAT.
The tourist tax is not included in our rates. It is per person, per night, from the age of 12. While being limited to a maximum of 7 nights even if the stay exceeds 7 nights.

Only the services explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation are guaranteed.
The Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons not listed on the booking confirmation.
If the number of people occupying the room(s) does not comply with the number of people booked:

1/ The establishment may ask the customer to pay additional costs (additional bed, additional room, etc.)
In the event of the client’s refusal to pay the supplement incurred by the additional person(s) to the initial reservation, the Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons not listed on the reservation confirmation.

2/ If the availability of the Royal Garden Palace does not allow it to accommodate additional customers, and the customer wishes to cancel his entire stay, the Royal Garden Palace reserves the right to charge the entire 1st night of stay of each room canceled as penalties.
